The really disturbing thing about the John Edwards affair and lies is that so many Democrats actually voted for this charlatan. One look should have told them that he was a sham and a liar. When ignorance reigns, democracy suffers.

Russell Wilcox is a retired college professor who spends several months in Florida and several months in Rhode Island each year, and whose interests include boating and sailing, sports, political activism, ballroom dancing and bridge. He has an MBA from Harvard, a Computer Systems CAGS from Bryant and a BS from Northeastern. He has worked in industry for EG&G and Texas Instruments, operated his own business with more than 200 employees, and served as Director of the Computer Information Systems Program for Stonehill College. An Army veteran and private pilot, he is a published author, and is the proud father of four children and the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. A holder of two patents in microchip connections and a true product of the melting pot, his father is the son of a Yankee farmer, and his mother the first generation daughter of Italian immigrants who retained their culture, but strove mightily to become Americans, sending four sons to fight against Hitler and Mussolini.

We all knew that Edwards made all his money as an ambulance chaser. You only have to look at rising health costs each year to know that he and his ilk are the main cause. He tried to pass himself off as the candidate for the poor and the downtrodden, but those $450 haircuts and his home which resembles a large strip mall, really tells a different story about this guy. During his campaign, he had to fire two of his far Left political hacks from his staff, because the word got out that they were denigrating Christians on their web site. So now Edwards is in hot water and his political career is going down the toilet, and yet he keeps lying about the woman's child not being his. Of course, the Democrats are wishing that Edwards would go away. They'd probably buy him a one way ticket out of the country if they could. I don't consider myself to be a highly intelligent individual, but at least I was smart enough to see right through this guy. My heart goes out to his wife and family for what he has put them through. As for John Edwards; He's getting his just desserts and my heart pumps urine for him.
