Russell Wilcox is a retired college professor who spends several months in Florida and several months in Rhode Island each year, and whose interests include boating and sailing, sports, political activism, ballroom dancing and bridge. Who was it that said "Liberalism is a mental disorder?" The Liberals in this country keep pushing their same flawed, failed, policies expecting a different outcome.
I'm also fully on board with those arguments. If a person like Mohammed gets acquitted at the trial, it is one of the most scandalous things. He should have been put to the military trial, because the terrorist attacks really are aimed against the whole country and the nation and after having taken so many lives, it should be sure, he gets, what he earned. But if in a civil trial some circumstances occur that enable Mohammed to get away with what he did, then the US administration would be facing one of its biggest failures. Lorne
The whole case can be thrown out of court because in all probablity they were not given thier Mirander rights...I think that is what Howell and Obama planned from the very beginning. What traiters they have become.

I really don't think, this was meant as an act of treachery, although I can't seem to find anything positive about such a decision. But perhaps it's just Obama's effort to improve the relations with those problematic countries by giving the terrorists Constitutional rights - but as we all can see and expect, I'm afraid this decision was very unfortunate.
